Great events aren't just about what you serve — they're about how your guests experience it. We bring together food, drinks, interactive service and one-of-a-kind mobile carts and trailers to create moments your guests gather around and talk about long after the night is over.
Our growing collection of mobile carts and trailers can be customized to fit your event, your menu and your style. Our custom-built trailers turn food and beverage service into part of the event itself — warm wood finishes, thoughtful details, and that unmistakable Outlaw character make each one a destination within your celebration.
A natural gathering place with a look all its own — signature cocktails, beer on tap, mocktails, cider and specialty beverages.
Explore →A beautifully styled spread — grazing tables and a dessert display made to be the photographed centerpiece of your event.
Explore →The original Outlaw experience on wheels — live-fire smoke and bold flavor, rolled right up to wherever your guests are.
Explore →See an experience you love? Start there. Want to combine a few? Even better.
Our carts and trailers can be booked individually, paired with Outlaw Smoke BBQ catering, or combined into one complete Outlaw Experience — customized to your event, season and guest count. Planning a wedding, corporate event, milestone celebration, or something we've never done before? Tell us what you're imagining. We love creating new experiences.
