At Outlaw, we believe the best events are the ones where people feel welcome, well-fed and genuinely glad they came.

That belief is at the heart of everything we do.

What began around the smoker has evolved into a passion for creating complete experiences — bringing together great food, thoughtful details, interactive carts and trailers, entertainment and genuine hospitality in a way that feels effortless for our clients and memorable for their guests.

We're not interested in one-size-fits-all events. Every gathering has its own people, personality and purpose, and we love finding the details that make yours feel like you. Sometimes that's an incredible BBQ spread. Sometimes it's cocktails from a mobile bar, a late-night snack cart, a little friendly competition, or an entire experience built from the ground up.

Through Outlaw Smoke BBQ, Outlaw Experiences and Outlaw Golf Co., we're continuing to grow what Outlaw can bring to the table — while staying true to what got us here in the first place: serving people well.

Shawn and Natalie — Outlaw Experiences
Shawn
Owner & Pit Master

A lifelong entrepreneur and the guy behind the fire, Shawn founded Outlaw Smoke BBQ in 2018 with a passion for great food, bringing people together and doing things a little differently. With the loyal support of his customers, what started as a BBQ business has grown into Outlaw Experiences — your dedicated partner for memorable catering, events and hospitality.

Shawn is also an avid golfer — though he'll be the first to tell you he's not your average golfer, which is exactly the spirit behind Outlaw Golf Co. Built for people who love the game without taking it too seriously, it brings golf, competition and a whole lot of fun directly to the party.

When he's not behind the smoker, working on the next Outlaw build or sneaking in a round of golf, you'll find Shawn tackling a home project, traveling, or spending time with family and friends.

Natalie
Director of Experiences

Natalie is the Director of Experiences for Outlaw Experiences, working closely with clients to turn their ideas into meaningful, memorable events. From the first conversation to the finishing touches, she helps bring together the food, atmosphere and details that transform an event into an experience guests will remember.

For clients who want to actually be a guest at their own party, Natalie is also the owner of Iron & Ivory Co., providing extended and full-service event planning and coordination — services that pair with any Outlaw Experiences offering for a seamless, thoughtfully curated event from beginning to end.

With a love for bringing people together and an eye for the details that make an event feel special, Natalie helps make every Outlaw Experience feel personal, intentional and distinctly yours.
